On 9 August 2013, the application filed by Chengdu B-ray Media Co., Ltd. (“B-ray Media” or “Company”) for non-public offering of A-share was passed and approved by the Issuance Examination Committee of CSRC. The Company intends to use the raised funds in purchasing 70% equity of Youxigu.com.
