Subsidiary of East Money Information Co., Ltd. ("East Money"), Shanghai Tiantian Fund Sales Co., Ltd. was among the first batches of independent fund sales agencies/institutions, together with three other agencies, namely Noah, Howbuy and Zhonglu duly approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC") and license granted, issued on February 22, 2012 in accordance with the newly promulgated "Provisions on Implementing the Administrative Measures for the Sale of Securities Investment Funds" which took effect on October 12, 2011.
Grandall Shanghai Office has been retained as Shanghai Tiantian Fund's Counsel, with Ms. WU Xiaoliang (partner) and Mr. ZHOU Yijie being the key attorneys of Grandall involved in the transaction.
