On 10 February 2025, Hui Lyu Ecological Technology Groups Co., Ltd. (001267.SZ, “Hui Lyu”), successfully completed a major asset restructuring project, for which Grandall Wuhan acted as the legal advisor. In this deal, Hui Lyu subscribed for the registered capital of the target company amounting to RMB 18,623,800 in cash, and the consideration was RMB 245,834,160. After this restructuring, Hui Lyu holds a 51% equity stake in the target company.
