The total amount of Series E financing has reached nearly RMB 800 million. Guoxin Investment, Pudong Venture Capital, and Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Investment participated in this transaction. In this transaction, Grandall Shanghai assisted Shanghai Guoxin Investment Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Pudong Leading Area Investment Center (Limited Partnership), and Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Venture Capital Co., Ltd. in completing the equity investment in Fourier, with partners Lin Lin and Geng Chen, and lawyers Feng Lu and Chen Yiqiu serving the case.
