His services include the structural design of cross-border investment, management of onshore and offshore M&A; financial services, in particular, the services relating to innovation and financial regulatory compliance. He is also an expert in corporate and commercial dispute settlement.

Mr. Huang used to work as senior executive for American International Group (AIG) and AIA Insurance Co., Ltd. (AIA), and has in-depth knowledge and practical experiences on the internal control and corporate structural matters of multinational companies.
