Grandall Shanghai Retained as Daily Counsel to the Export-Import Bank of China, Shanghai Branch

After several rounds of strict examinations, interviews and negotiations, Grandall Shanghai stood out from its competitors and has been retained as the daily counsel to the Export-Import Bank of China, Shanghai Branch (the “Exp-Imp Bank”) for year 2018 to year 2020.

A team led by Julia Zhu, partner of Grandall Shanghai Office will render daily professional services to the Exp-Imp Bank, including but not limited to draft and amendment of daily legal documents, analysis and advices regarding business structure and investment projects, debt clearance, employment & HR, business training, etc. Members of such professional includes Julia Zhu, Lei Yu, Stephanie Shi, Jinliang Zhu and Yini Ji.
