Being an arbitrator of CAS ( Court of Arbitration for Sports), Mr. BAI was appointed as one of the six members of the Ad hoc Division of CAS for the 18th Asian Games(in accordance with agreement between Olympic Council of Asia and CAS) held in Jakarta Indonesia between August-September 2018 during which he was co-arbitrator and President of three cases filed before the Ad hoc Division of CAS
