Erica  has extensive and hands-on experience in assisting foreign investment in  China. She had served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in  Greater China or APAC region for a number of major MNCs in life science,  chemical, industrial and technology industry. Erica understands how to  work with a company's various constituencies, including management, directors  and sales marketing team, not just as an attorney but also as a business  partner. She appreciates the demands of the business, and has an innate  ability to evaluate risk and quickly gives business advice. She had been committed  to the construction of enterprise compliance management systems for a long  time, and is adept at anti-commercial bribery compliance affairs for foreign  companies in China, compliance investigations, risk management, crisis  management, etc., for example, she deeply participated in the compliance  investigation carried out by the U.S. SEC against a foreign-invested  pharmaceutical enterprise in China in respect of violation of the FCPA, helped  foreign-invested enterprises in China to rebuild the compliance order, and  implement the compliance requirements imposed by the overseas headquarters on  their enterprises in China in accordance with PRC laws, regulations and  practices. In recent years, with the trend of Chinese companies have become  more self-disciplined in compliance, and Chinese companies go global to meet  the needs of international rules, Erica has provided Chinese companies  with comprehensive opinions and rectification plans on corporate compliance  issues, and to assist enterprises in specific implementation, based on her  professional practice experience in fulfilling legal compliance management  responsibilities in European and AmXun multinational enterprises, thus, it  helps Chinese companies to operate in a standardized way for a long run, and  develop in accordance with national conditions.
