Grandall was one of the first law firms to practice bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation in China. Since the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law was enacted in 2007, the firm has handled a significant amount of influential cases, and Grandall’s lawyers have represented foreign creditors or shareholders in domestic bankruptcy proceedings, as well as domestic creditors in the disposal of assets of bankrupt overseas Chinese companies, accumulating both domestic and foreign experience in the field. Grandall was selected as administrator by the High People’s Court in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shandong, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guangxi, Guizhou, and other provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, and is a licensed bankruptcy administrator. Additionally, several Grandall lawyers also serve as the president or vice president of their local bankruptcy administrator association.
